By doing so, they learn how to analyse players, understand clubs, build structured databases, and present their market in a professional way. The goal is to make every scout more prepared for the reality of football work.

Join the network
BelgianScoutNordics is looking for motivated scouts who want to gain practical experience, build their portfolio, and develop real expertise in a football market.

As the number of positions in the network is limited, applications will be reviewed carefully. Scouts who want to join are asked to submit a strong application that shows both motivation and vision.

Applicants should include:

a short motivation explaining why they want to join the network,

an explanation of the market they want to explore and their ideas about that market,

an example scouting report to demonstrate their way of working and reporting.

The aim is to select scouts who are eager to learn, ready to take responsibility for a market, and motivated to contribute to a growing football scouting network.

BelgianScoutNordics is free to join and unpaid. The network is based on voluntary participation and is aimed at scouts who want to gain practical experience, develop market expertise, and build a strong portfolio for future opportunities in football.

BelgianScoutNordics is an independent scouting network. It is not connected to or carried out on behalf of any football club, and it is also completely separate from the club environment of any current professional role.
​
As positions within the network are limited, each application is reviewed carefully. Scouts who are selected will be invited for an introduction meeting, where the expected workload and practical arrangements will be discussed individually.
The objective is to create a clear, realistic, and professional framework in which each scout can develop and contribute to the network.
